Dicker does it again! 24 hour football success!
On Saturday, just after a successful Open Day, The first 32 of the 60 Dicker boys taking part in the challenge, embarked upon the long journey of playing football for 24 hours continuously. The first few hours were populated by most of our First Year students; the evening and the grueling night time slots were achieved mostly by our wonderful Year 10's and the Sixth form students. We also had some welcome company from some friends in Dorms and Stud. Our success on reaching 12pm the next day was an amazing effort - congratulations to all involved. Also, many thanks to the Dicker staff who supervised each hour and to Holroyd Howe for their wondeful food and snacks. Rarely have bacon rolls tasted so good, than after 9 hours of overnight football! The photo shown is our 12am group, who went on to do the whole night!
